Known as one of the biggest ambassadors of the pop industry, Taylor Swift releases Reputation, her first album since Grammy winning 1989.
Reputation was released November 10th, and just as expected with the singer-songwriter’s singles, it was oozing with newfound confidence and ambition.
After posting several teasers of the album accompanied by snakes and television static, Swift released “Look What You Made Me Do” as her first single.
With many petty disses thrown at former friend Kanye West, Swift attempts to revive her “Better Than Revenge” persona, giving herself a sense of pride and of course, adding many lovey dovey tracks from time to time. Miss Swift grabs at the audience’s attention with her intricate lyricism that are mostly theorized to be about a diss towards someone or about a secret lover of hers.
Miraculously, Reputation sold over 1 million copies just over 4 days, all thanks to her grand fan base notoriously known for their dedication towards the pop singer.
Swift has just announced that she will be taking the stage starting May 8, 2018 in Arizona, and will be performing at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena May 9. Reputation is now streaming on Spotify and ITunes.
