NHS play: Clue: Stay at Home coming soon

Jasmine Vargas, Freshman

The school play, Clue: Stay at Home, is based on the 1985 murder mystery movie, Clue. The premiere will likely be on May 5th, 2021, at 6:30 via an RUSD webinar. Donations can be sent through Venmo at @NHSDrama-Club.

Students can audition for any of the available roles. If you do not like performing, there are other ways to participate such as editing, working on costume design or music. For those who would like to know more about the characters and plot of the upcoming performance, you can watch the trailer of the film on Youtube at https://youtu.be/KEXdWfsKZ1k

Through a webinar service, the Drama Club will be able to record and stream the play. It provides a greater streaming experience for the audience and the cast with fewer difficulties.

Joining the club provides students with a passion for the arts, granting them opportunities and experiences such as acting, costume design, technology and even music. Mrs Corp, Drama and Theater Instructor explains, “Every student has a different reason for joining; some students need that creative outlet and love turning themselves into something or someone new.”
